About Allen

Behdad Sami once said, “Work hard until hard work isn’t work at all,” and that philosophy is one that Allen Harris has lived by throughout his career.

With more than 25 years of military leadership as a Naval Officer, 18 years in law enforcement, and a decade of experience as a real estate investor, Allen brings a rare combination of discipline, integrity, leadership, and real-world investment experience to the real estate profession. As a business owner and father of four, he understands the importance of hard work, responsibility, and building a strong foundation for the future.

Allen’s journey into real estate was a natural extension of his passion for serving others. After nearly 10 years on the investment side of the industry, he understands firsthand that real estate is more than buying and selling property—it can be a powerful vehicle for creating financial security and generational wealth.

Today, Allen combines his military and law enforcement experience with his knowledge as an investor to provide clients with honest guidance, strategic advice, and dedicated representation. Whether helping a first-time homebuyer, a military family relocating, a homeowner selling a property, or an investor building a portfolio, Allen approaches every transaction with the same commitment he has demonstrated throughout his career: serve with integrity, work hard, and put the mission—and the client—first.

For Allen, real estate isn't simply a career. It's another opportunity to serve, build relationships, and help people achieve goals that can impact their families for generations.
